   成功的教育,應該是幫助每個學生達至全人發展,而其動力,便是要使學生了解為何要學習,學習如何做人處事,使做人更為圓滿融洽,做事更為專業精準,以達到我們常說的術德兼備,而為國家社會所用。本校為私人興學,辦學嚴謹為各界稱頌,並於八十一年捐給國家改為國立,歷年來秉持創校精神,已營造出擁有一流的師資設備、技術經驗與民主和諧的校園文化,並積極邁向綠色導向優質產業科技大學,所以本校畢業學生除各界爭相聘用外,藉由國際之技術交流,面對二十一世紀之各項挑戰,會更有自信更具競爭力。
