| The Office of the Secretariat, supervised directed by the President, is a staffing unit responsible |
| for coordinating and facilitating the implementation of the University policies. The Office also serves |
as the liaison between the governors, administration, University constituent groups and the outside |
| communities. |

Duties |
Arrange the President's and Vice-President's schedules, confidential documents and. |
correspondence. |
Handle the President's letters in both Chinese and English.

Organize agenda and maintain the minutes of a variety of meetings on the matter of the |
University affairs, administration and executive. |
Act as the liaison and coordinate matters concerning affected administrative offices.

Review official documents.

Edit the express news, university correspondence and university brochures in |
Chinese and English. |
Conduct many details related to various ceremonies.
|
Provide support to the Budget Committee.
|
Improve administrative quality of the Office in terms of function, process, and services.
|
Edit the standard operation procedure (SOP).
